We are certain that you will see the value and benefits of using your products each day that we are happy to offer a 90-day in-home trial. If you are not completely satisfied and find the product does not meet your expectations, simply send the mattress back to us and we will be happy to exchange it for another mattress of equal value. As the customer, you are responsible for returning and for all return shipping costs. All Floor Model Sales are final but do carry a full factory warranty. Any comfort bases, pillows, sheets, or any other personal items are non-returnable. We stand behind our products and our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority. If at any time within 90 days after receipt of your products, you are not satisfied, please contact customer service first and we will be happy to help with an exchange. Please call 866-566-0008.

We offer a “Lowest Price Guarantee” on our adjustable beds to match ANY bed that is the exact same or on ANY adjustable bed that is the same size and has the same features (This includes: BeautyRest hybrid mattresses, Sleep Number adjustable beds or Tempurpedic.)

You will not find our adjustable beds or a bed with the same features for less money online, at the show, in a retail store or anywhere! Even during holiday sales events.

If you do, we will give you the difference. Superior Sleep Experience wants you to sleep easy knowing you saved money and got the best bed available.

Mattress 25 Year Warranty

First ten years of purchase. If the defect occurs within the first ten years of purchase, we will repair or replace at our option and without charge the defective mattress.

Eleventh through twenty-fifth year of purchase. If the defect occurs in the eleventh through twenty-fifth year following purchase, we will attempt to repair the defective covered mattress. If the mattress needs to be replaced, you will be responsible for all related charges not to exceed the current mattress price minus a credit for the remaining prorated value of the mattress (4% of the current mattress price for each year remaining on the twenty-five limited warranty).

If the covered mattress is no longer available, we will choose a comparable mattress and the same prorated formula will be used.

Superior Sleep Experience is so confident in the quality of our products that we add an additional 5 years to the manufacturer’s warranty on all our mattresses and adjustable bases.


Superior Sleep Mattress Twenty- Five Year Limited Warranty

Superior Sleep warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the following components of the mattress are free from defects in workmanship and material: memory foam topper and poly foam base. This Limited warranty lasts for ten years following the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is not transferable and coverage terminates if the original consumer purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. For product for commercial use, please refer to paragraph VII.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO:

I. The mattress cover, zipper and any impressions that are found to be related to sagging or structural defects of the foundation or platform. (Queen size (60″ width) and a king size (72″ and 76″ width) mattress and/or foundation warranties will apply only when the bed is supported by a frame with a rigid cross support having one or more center legs or bed rails with a rigid cross support having one or more center legs);

II. Deterioration of the quilt top or foam cell structure that would show a visible indention of 3/4″ or less;

III. Product which has sustained physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to burns, cuts, or tears.

IV. Consequential damages including but not restricted to damage to persons or property other than the product itself;

V. Incidental damages such as loss of time, loss of use and rental charges;

VI. The decrease in the slow recovery of the memory foam and normal increase in softness of the viscoelastic material, and;

VII. Mattresses used in commercial type settings, such as but not limited to dormitories, hotels and rentals. Mattresses used in commercial type settings are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for up to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

Base 25 Year Warranty

Years 1 through 3: Full coverage parts and labor warranty This adjustable bed is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of purchase for adjustable beds bought new and for up to three (3) years from the date of manufacture for those beds that were originally floor samples. Superior Sleep will send replacement parts (at no cost to the purchaser) for any defective adjustable bed part to the purchaser, and Superior Sleep will pay all pre-authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts which Superior Sleep determines to be defective. This three (3) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Superior Sleep within 15 days of purchaser’s receiving of replacement part(s).

Years 4 and 5: Full coverage of parts only warranty If the defect occurs in the fourth or fifth year following purchase for adjustable beds bought new and following the date of manufacture for adjustable beds that were originally floor samples, Superior Sleep will offer replacement parts (upon terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph) for any mechanical adjustable bed part found to be defective or malfunctioning. This limited warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective or malfunctioning parts to Superior Sleep within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement parts. To the extent permitted by law, the purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, shipping and handling costs related to the delivery and/or replacement of the defective or malfunctioning parts.

Years 6 through 25: Prorated coverage of non-electrical parts only warranty If the defect occurs in the sixth through twentieth year following purchase for adjustable beds bought new and following the date of manufacture for adjustable beds that were originally floor samples, Superior Sleep will offer replacement parts (upon terms and conditions set forth below) for any non-electrical part found to be defective or malfunctioning. Electronics, electrical components, massage motors and lift motors are excluded. Purchaser shall pay 1/15th of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years the purchaser has owned the adjustable bed for those beds bought new or multiplied by the number of years since the adjustable bed was manufactured for those adjustable beds which were floor samples. Superior Sleep shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. This limited warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Superior Sleep within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement parts. To the extent permitted by law, the purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, shipping and handling costs related to the delivery and/or replacement of the defective or malfunctioning parts.

If you wish to make a claim:

You must contact the Superior Sleep dealer from whom the product was purchased, or if not available, Superior Sleep within thirty (30) days of discovery of the problem with the original sale receipt which identifies the date of purchase. You are responsible for any and all freight and delivery charges.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME OR UNDERTAKE FOR SUPERIOR SLEEP OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province. To the extent that the provisions of any applicable legislation expressly replaced, eliminate, amend, extend or prohibit any term or terms contained in this warranty, such term or terms shall be accordingly replaced, eliminated, amended or extended, as the case may be, in accordance with such legislation.

Applies only to brand new beds with the same or better warranty—display beds, second hand clearance beds, damaged beds and used beds do not apply. Must be validated by SSE and must be a repetitive price from an established business that any and all customers can get without special circumstances—if it is a one-time deal from “someone’s cousin’s” bed store or someone reselling a bed on Ebay then that would not apply. Holiday pricing does apply.)

We will not disclose your email address or any other personal information you provide us with to any third party unless you provide us with explicit authorization to do so or where such disclosure becomes required by law or legal process.
